1 cup confectioner's sugar
2 teaspoon milk
2 teaspoon light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Directions: In a small bowl, stir together the sugar and milk until smooth. Add the corn syrup and extract and stir together until smooth and glossy. If icing is too thick add more corn syrup. Do not use hand mixer or it will lose the sheen. Add food coloring if desired and ice away. The icing dries very shiny and hard.
