I am grateful. I teach Bible study to a fabulous group of MOMMAS at Bellevue Baptist Church. For my birthday they shamefully indulge me and frankly . . . I like it!!! On Thursday, after my lecture on the book of Ephesians, we had a birthday party with cake.
I do love cake. Cake with lots of icing. Actually I love icing. My favorite is carrot cake with cream cheese icing which was served, along with a white cake with strawberry filling - for those who are not as health conscious as I am with my carrots and all!
Anyways, I am grateful for their love and kindness. They gave me a collection of little treasures which included M&Ms (oh my), fancy kleenex for dabbing my glistening face, and a gift card from Macy's so I can get new shoes for "High Stepping in Heavenly Places!" These girls can work a theme!
And, because I travel and speak on the weekends, they bought me some GREAT packing tools from Travel Smith. Love it!
The large case is for makeup and the little guy if for jewelry! Love it!
These zipper bags keep all your personal stuff together-especially when the security team wants to open your bag and shake it out in front of EVERYBODY!!
And this is a fabulous suit bag that folds up nicely and then shakes out when you arrive at your destination.I am so grateful for sweet MOMMAS who honored me on my birthday with a PARTY and gave me some packing stuff to use while I am "High Stepping in Heavenly Places" with the Lord Jesus Christ.
Blessings, sweet MOMMAS. Thank you for loving the Lord and for loving me. I am blessed beyond measure!
