Sausage Pecan Dressing
1 stick butter
1 ¼ c finely chopped onions
1 c finely chopped celery
½ pound sausage
1 bag herb stuffing
2 cans chick broth
1 cup pecans
*I divide this into 2 dishes and add 1 container of fresh oysters to one of them before baking.
Melt butter and cook onions and celery. Set aside. Cook sausage and drain. Mix all ingredients together and put in a 13x9 pan and 1 smaller casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
