As a part of my massive overhaul of my home, I have been throwing away, giving away and putting away. Although I am not naturally an orderly or organized person, I have come to the conclusion I simply have too much STUFF. The thing about STUFF is you have to maintain it. Dust it. Move it around. I am tired of dusting. So . . . it was time to bring in some organization and toss out some stuff.
I have a drawer of gift wrapping ribbons, etc. I bought plastic shoeboxes to contain my spools of ribbons.
I needed to purchase some more of the plastic shoeboxes. In order to assure I got the exact same style and size, I took a picture with my Iphone of the plastic shoebox. When I arrived at the store, I whipped out my Iphone, scrolled through my pictures, and confirmed the style number of the plastic box. I left the store with exactly what I needed.
Both of these ideas may be very obvious to you, but for me . . . well, they have proved to be a great storage solution and a big time saver. And that Works For Me!
